How do you tell? When does pregnancy initially start?
January 6th, 2009
Spotted the 8th of September
then had a light 4 day period.. no 2 heavy days as usual.
period may or may not start...
but i'm not sure if i'm pregnant.. you can barely tell.. sometimes i think i can't tell.. i guess i may not show till 3-4 months from now.. cuz it would be only the 1st to 2nd month... but i'm real tired and had 2 months of pregnancy symptoms.. some girls show earlier.. some don't show.. how do they know they are pregnant? i'm really tired.. but preoccupied.. i see if i get 20 min nap today... i was wondering how far would i be.. i'm not too showy at all yet... i just get scared i'll never be round..
but my question/s are/is: if i spotted and noticed it.. was it the period before or after? the week before spotting that it starts? i wanna know when to start counting.. cuz somehow at first i got i may be 10 weeks but i kept redoing it and got as low as 6 weeks.
and then be sure with what u are saying right now.
good luck
The light, four day period you describe may have been implantation bleeding. Also, be aware that it's not unheard of to have a normal (and regular) period-like bleeding while pregnant. Many women have reported having a period during the early months of pregnancy.
The thing about thinking that you might be pregnant is that you will surely convince yourself that you ARE pregnant. Haha. Early pregnancy symptoms are so varied from woman to woman that there is not a specific cocktail of symptoms to ensue pregnancy. I showed no symptoms until I was well into my third month and even those could have been confused with a bad cold.
The only way to REALLY be sure is to see your doctor and have them test. It will be the most accurate way and will also ease your mind one way or the other.
(Also, when it comes to showing you usually won't start to really round out until month 4. It seems the 5th month is usually when it becomes obvious to others. But if you've had children before, it cold be earlier. And again, this is gonna vary from person to person)
