OT: Aloha Airlines quotes fares all extras included

$339US for the both of us to the Big Island - air, two nights hotel and rental car for three days - pretty good deal I thought.
Possibly fuel surcharges, Hilo hotel taxes, an airport pickup charge for the car etc.
I found it to be nice to be quoted a so called "all in" final price.
This isn't all that unusual. AF, BA and others shew the all-in price when you search for lowest fares (though only on the metropolitan editions of their websites). In North America both AA and UA do this.
