Why is it everytime AP cuts back on any benefits, or changes the program to our obvious detriment....
They try to tell us that it is actually an improvment and that we will be so much better off because of it.....
I confess, it is actually Qantas that triggered this outburst as I have just finished reading about all the 'improvements' they have just made in the letter I just received from them. But I'm quite happy to tar AP with this same brush.
I am not a complete f***ing idiot. Don't treat me like one !!!
There, I feel better now. But only a little better.

Wow, MCM, you live in Sydney and just got the Qantas letter and brochure today? Mine arrived in yesterday's post, and I'm on the other side of the planet!

Good points, I would suspect that this type of question will come up at the YOW meeting with Duncan Dee. I am sure Global Guy will give everyone an update from our little get together.
Over on the BA board, people now copy BA promotional materials and refer to things being "enhanced" (cut back) and "simplified" (eliminated). :D

This would be a great question for AP if there ever is another live chat. I would love to see the spin they put on answering this question.
