Has anyone else seen this?

View that image in My Pictures and let me know if you see any horizontal bleeding of the blue in the guy's hat.
that's twice ;)
I've also noticed some color bleeding on the main screen too. When I hover on "Weather", and the first image on the right loads (the blue skies image), parts of the menu (on the left) become bluish. I took some screenshots of the menu and transferred them to my computer, and I don't see any blue in the menu, so the problem is obviously related to my TV.
Now, that being said, I have a brand new HDTV that has been working perfectly with my digital cable. I haven't seen any color bleeding with that. I tried changing the color profile of my TV from "Vivid" to "Standard" and that helped a lot - the color bleeding is a lot less pronounced now with XBMC, but it's still there somewhat. All of my color settings on the TV are at their defaults - I've actually never changed any of the color settings since I bought the TV.
Has anyone else seen this issue of "color bleeding"? Would anyone know if I need to tinker with some of my TV's color settings?
So, I fooled around with this some more and found out two interesting (and confusing) things:
1. If I change the contents of the picture that have nothing to do with the blue hat, the color bleeding goes away. Here's an example image that demonstrates this:

2. If I use my Microsoft composite video cable (with NTSC 16:9) instead of my Microsoft component video cable (with 720p), then the problem goes away.
Any ideas anyone?
Is it possible for the component cables to cause color bleeding? Or is it the output signal from the XBOX?
