Cuddy: I'm going to adopt a baby.
[House stares at them wide-eyed and slack-jawed]
Wilson: She asked me to be a character reference; that's where I was the other morning. I'm sorry, I couldn't betray her confidence.
Cuddy: I didn't want anyone else to know in case I didn't get approved. Today I did.
[House continues to stare in the same way, then looks at Cuddy and gulps]
Cuddy: Are you gonna congratulate me?
House: If you're happy, I'm...
[House quickly slips on his glasses and exits the store. Cuddy and Wilson watch him leave, puzzled... and then it cuts to Thirteen in her bedroom looking towards nothing in particular with forlorn expression on her face, and then an unknown blonde-haired woman starts kissing her. Thirteen kisses back, indicating that she's still engaging in risky behavior, spiraling lower and lower]

The previews show House "confronting" Cuddy about the adoption, and it looks like the birth mother and the baby have some issues, and the baby might not live. We will see. It also looks like House and Cuddy kiss. And why wouldn't they? I think they have always loved each other, and have good chemistry. She's the only person that can keep him in line!!
